Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes far beyond basic helpdesk tasks, including OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and validating cabling in large buildings.

You will work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate sites, maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and being ready to respond to service requests within your territory.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom experience
• A+ or Network+ certification or 5+ years field experience

Responsibilities

• Perform OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling including drilling, running, and dressing cables
• Telemetry work, punch-downs, demarc extensions
• Work independently across environments: retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call within territory
