Job summary

AMG Tech Support seeks skilled field technicians to support a growing national client base across diverse sites. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks, involving OS installs, hardware checks, and structured cabling in various environments.

You will work independently, in retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate settings, with on-call availability and a focus on client professionalism and reliability.

Qualifications

• 1 year IT/Telecom experience or 5+ years verifiable field experience
• A+ Certification or Network+ Certification (or both)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• OS installations, hardware diagnostics, and software setup
• Structured cabling (drilling, running, dressing cables)
• Telecom work (punch-downs, demarc extensions)
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on call geographically
