Job summary

Arcare is seeking an IT Field Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and network services. You will install, configure, and maintain computer systems, operating systems, servers, peripherals, and communication equipment, with guidance from the IT Senior Field Technician to ensure smooth operations.

This full-time role, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, involves 20-40% travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of related experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware, software, and network services.
• Install and configure computer systems, hardware, software, operating systems, servers, peripherals, and communication equipment.
