AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, driven technicians to support our growing national client base. This role goes beyond basic helpdesk tasks—install OS, diagnose hardware, and perform structured cabling across multiple sites.

You will work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, on-call 24/7, and travel within your territory. This is a hands-on field role offering varied daily challenges.

Qualifications

• On-site field work in various environments.
• Experience with OS installations, cabling and telecom tasks.
• Certifications in A+ and Network+ are preferred.

Responsibilities

• OS installations and hardware diagnostics.
• Structured cabling including drilling and dressing cables.
• Telecom work and punch-downs, demarc extensions.
• Travel within territory and respond to service requests on-site.
