Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters for our Utility Vegetation Management team in Texas and Louisiana. You will resolve vegetation-related concerns, acting as the liaison among utility, contractors, landowners, and the public, while performing occasional Work Planner and QC duties to maximize productivity.

The role demands strong conflict resolution, documentation, and field communication skills, with safety and regulatory compliance at the core.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Utility Vegetation Management or related fields.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• TRAQ, ISA Utility Specialist, and BCMA credentials preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of tree ID, arboricultural practices, and VEM standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the frontline contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution.
• Document interactions, resolution details, and progress in Fulcrum.
• Prioritize, respond timely, and drive issues to closure with contractors.
• Inspect and evaluate vegetation issues; communicate assessment results.
• Support safety, QA, and program improvements as needed.
