Job summary

Atlas Field Services seeks experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters to join our Utility Vegetation Management team. The role centers on resolving vegetation-related customer conflicts, serving as the frontline liaison among utility, contractors, landowners, and the public.

When workload allows, you will also perform Work Planner and QC duties, ensuring accurate records, adherence to specifications, and safe, compliant field work in diverse outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Utility Vegetation Management or related fields.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication for conflict resolution and reporting.
• Proficiency with technology including smartphones, tablets, GPS, mapping apps, and field data collection.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution.
• Track and document all customer interactions and resolutions in the work management system.
• Prioritize inquiries by severity and coordinate with contractors and crews to drive closure.
• Investigate concerns related to property damage, vegetation work, and reimbursements.
• Communicate assessment results and represent the client professionally.
