Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters to join our Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) team in Texas/Louisiana. This role focuses on resolving vegetation-related concerns and acting as the front-line liaison among utilities, contractors, landowners, and the public.

Beyond conflict resolution, you may perform Work Planner duties and Quality Control tasks to support program success, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance in outdoor

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) or related fields.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• TRAQ, ISA Utility Specialist, and BCMA certifications preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of tree identification and ANSI A300 standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for conflict resolution.
• Ability to multitask and work in variable outdoor conditions.
• Proficiency with smartphones/tablets, mapping software, GPS, and reporting tools.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work alone or collaboratively outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution across the assigned service territory.
• Track and document all customer interactions in Fulcrum, maintaining complete records for each case.
• Prioritize complaints by severity and drive issues to closure with contractors and tree crews.
• Investigate and resolve concerns related to property damage, tree warranty work, vegetation removals, and reimbursements.
• Communicate assessment results, address concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote positive public relations.
• Perform Work Planner duties, including inspecting and prescribing vegetation work, and documenting records.
• Perform Quality Control audits for adherence to specifications and safety and elevate issues as needed.
• Inspect and evaluate trees for hazard using TRAQ methodologies.
• Collaborate daily with clients, contractors, landowners, stakeholders, and the public.
• Support emergency and storm response operations per safety protocols.
• Assist in line clearance projects and process improvements.
• Uphold a strong safety culture in all tasks.
