Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking an experienced Customer Support - Contract Forester to join the Utility Vegetation Management team in Texas and Louisiana. The role focuses on customer conflict resolution and serves as the front-line liaison among utilities, contractors, landowners, and the public.

When possible, duties may include Work Planner and Quality Control tasks to ensure efficient, compliant vegetation management operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of experience in Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) or closely related fields.
Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
Preferred credentials: TRAQ, ISA Utility Specialist, BCMA.
Strong written and verbal communication for conflict resolution and reporting.

Responsibilities

Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution across the service territory.
Track and document all customer interactions and resolutions in Fulcrum.
Prioritize complaints by severity and drive issues to closure with contractors and crews.
Investigate and resolve concerns related to property damage and vegetation work; escalate as needed.
Collaborate with clients, contractors, landowners, and the public daily.
Perform Work Planner duties including inspecting vegetation work and documenting records.
Conduct Quality Control audits for planning and mitigation work.
