Atlas Field Services is seeking experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters to join our Utility Vegetation Management team. This role focuses on resolving vegetation-related concerns, serving as the liaison among utilities, contractors, landowners, and the public to ensure timely closure of issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) or closely related fields.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• ISA TRAQ qualification preferred.
• ISA Utility Specialist certification
• ISA Board Certified Master Arborist (BCMA) preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of tree identification and UVM standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conflict resolution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution across the service territory; manage intake through final resolution.
• Track and document all customer interactions and resolutions in Fulcrum.
• Prioritize complaints by severity and drive issues to closure with contractors and crews.
• Investigate concerns related to property damage, tree warranty, vegetation removals, and reimbursements.
• Communicate assessment results and maintain positive public relations for the client.
• Perform Work Planner duties: inspect vegetation work, document with photos, and create auditable records.
• Conduct Quality Control audits of planning and mitigation work for adherence to specs and safety.
• Inspect trees for hazard potential using TRAQ and related methods.
• Collaborate daily with clients, contractors, landowners, stakeholders, and the public.
• Support emergency and storm response operations per safety guidelines.
