Atlas Field Services is seeking an experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters to join our Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) team in Texas. The role focuses on resolving vegetation-related customer conflicts and serves as the frontline liaison among the utility, contractors, landowners, and the public, with duties expanding to Work Planner and QC as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) or related fields; equivalent education may be considered.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication for conflict resolution.
• Proficiency with smartphones/tablets/GPS and field data collection apps.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution in the service territory.
• Track and document all interactions and resolutions in Fulcrum; maintain defensible records.
• Prioritize complaints by severity and coordinate with contractors to closure.
• Investigate and resolve property damage, vegetation-related concerns, and reimbursements as needed.
• Communicate assessment results and maintain positive public relations for the client.
• Perform Work Planner duties: inspect, prescribe vegetation work, and document records.
• Conduct Quality Control audits for planning and mitigation work and safety compliance.
• Inspect trees for hazard using TRAQ and related methods.
• Collaborate daily with clients, contractors, landowners, and stakeholders.
