Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Utility Vegetation Management or related fields.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication for conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution.
• Document interactions and proposed resolutions in Fulcrum for every case.
• Coordinate with contractors and tree crews to drive issues to closure.
• Inspect vegetation work and perform Work Planner duties when needed.
• Conduct QC audits and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Assist in emergency response and storm operations as required.
