Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking an experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters to join our Utility Vegetation Management team. This role serves as the front-line liaison for resolving vegetation-related concerns with utilities, contractors, landowners, and the public.

In addition to customer resolution duties, the role may include Work Planner and QC tasks to maximize productive time and ensure compliance and safety in field operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in Utility Vegetation Management or closely related field(s).
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• TRAQ certification and ISA Utility Specialist credentials preferred.
• BCMA preferred; knowledge of ANSI A300 and vegetation management standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication for conflict resolution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer complaints and resolve conflicts to closure.
• Document all interactions in Fulcrum and maintain defensible case records.
• Prioritize and coordinate with contractors and tree crews to drive issues to closure.
• Inspect vegetation and prescribe work, creating clear auditable records.
• Perform Quality Control audits of planning and mitigation work; provide constructive feedback.
• Support emergency and storm response operations per safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, landowners, stakeholders, and the public daily.
• Uphold safety culture while working independently or in teams outdoors.
