Job summary

Atlas Field Services seeks an experienced Customer Support - Contract Forester to join our Utility Vegetation Management team in the Texas/Louisiana region. You will act as the front-line liaison with utilities, contractors, landowners, and the public to resolve vegetation-related concerns quickly and professionally.

In addition to conflict resolution, the role may involve Work Planner and Quality Control duties, documenting cases in Fulcrum and contributing to program improvements while

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Utility Vegetation Management (UVM) or closely related fields.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• Strongly preferred: TRAQ, Utility Specialist, BCMA credentials.
• Advanced knowledge of tree ID, arboricultural practices, and ANSI A300 standards.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication for conflict resolution and reporting.
• Proven multitasking ability in outdoor conditions with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with smartphones/tablets, GPS, mapping apps, and data collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution.
• Track and document all interactions and resolutions in Fulcrum.
• Prioritize and drive issues to closure with contractors and crews.
• Investigate property damage, tree warranty work, and reimbursements.
• Communicate assessment results and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Perform Work Planner duties and document work records.
• Conduct Quality Control audits for planning and mitigation work.
• Inspect trees for hazard/danger using TRAQ methods.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, landowners, and public.
• Support emergency responses and safety protocols.
