Job summary

Atlas Field Services is seeking experienced Customer Support - Contract Foresters to join our Utility Vegetation Management team in Texas/Louisiana. You will serve as the frontline liaison between the utility, contractors, landowners, and the public to resolve vegetation-related concerns quickly and professionally.

In addition to resolving customer issues, you may perform Work Planner and Quality Control duties, ensuring records are complete and auditable while maintaining a strong safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Utility Vegetation Management or related fields.
• Active ISA Certified Arborist certification highly desired.
• TRAQ and ISA certifications preferred: TRAQ, ISA Utility Specialist, BCMA.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in diverse conditions and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customer complaints and conflict resolution across the territory.
• Document all interactions and progress in Fulcrum.
• Coordinate with contractors and crews to drive issues to closure.
• Perform Work Planner duties and QC audits as assigned.
• Support safety and professional representation of the client.
