Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery for Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) solutions. You will design delivery, lead execution, and ensure client value with a dedicated engineering team. Travel to client sites may be required.

The role requires deep Google Cloud expertise in CX, contact center, and AI, with experience coordinating global teams and managing client engagements from design to go-live.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• Minimum 7+ years experience independently owning client engagements from technical design through go-live.
• Minimum 5+ years architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform, with deep expertise in customer engagement, contact center, and conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team structure, technology, quality, outcome.
• Design the delivery approach: plan, team, cadence, sequencing; partner with engineers on architecture.
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement: guide clients on offerings and underlying Google Cloud services.
• Be the client's trusted delivery partner: lead status reviews, manage expectations, and communicate progress.
• Lead delivery mobilisation: stand up delivery, mobilize the team, drive execution from day one.
• Lead across borders: coordinate onshore delivery with offshore teams and remove blockers.
• Drive quality and outcomes: establish governance, track progress, ensure measurable client value.
