Job summary

• 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• Proven track record delivering Google Cloud solutions for CX and CCaaS domains.
• Strong delivery leadership and cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end from solution shaping through go-live.
• Design delivery approach, plan, team structure, and cadence with engineers.
• Provide technical advisory across the engagement and manage client expectations.
• Lead status reviews, remove blockers, and ensure measurable client value.
• Coordinate onshore delivery leadership with offshore engineering teams.
• Drive execution from day one to deliver capabilities in weeks, not quarters.
