Job summary

Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG) Mid-Market seeks a Technical Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience projects. You will shape solutions, design delivery, and own outcomes with a dedicated engineering team, ensuring client value and rapid deployment from day one.

You will lead cross-border delivery, manage priorities, and ensure governance and quality across engagements, traveling as needed to meet client requirements.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles delivering solutions.
• 7+ years owning engagements from design to go-live.
• 5+ years architecting Google Cloud Platform-based customer engagement solutions.
• 3+ years in CCaaS platforms and conversational AI design.
• 5+ years leading distributed, global engineering teams with modern practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery from solution shaping to go-live with accountability.
• Design delivery approach, structure teams, set cadence, and manage scope.
• Provide technical advisory on offerings, implementation, and Google Cloud services.
• Act as trusted delivery partner, lead reviews, manage expectations, and trade-offs.
• Translate deals into ready-to-build delivery via mobilizing teams and timelines.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery leadership and remove blockers.
• Establish governance, track progress, and ensure measurable client value.
