Job summary

Accenture is hiring a Technical Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery for Gemini Enterprise CX solutions, collaborating with engineers to shape and ship outcomes that transform how clients engage with their customers.

You will lead cross-border delivery, provide technical advisory, and ensure quality across onshore and offshore teams, delivering rapid value in fast-paced mid-market engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• Minimum 7+ years independently owning client engagements from design through go-live.
• Minimum 5+ years architecting/delivering on Google Cloud Platform with CX solutions.
• Minimum 3+ years experience with CCaaS platforms (CCAI, Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect).
• Minimum 5+ years experience leading distributed global engineering teams and delivery management.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end — scope, timeline, team, tech, quality, outcomes.
• Design how it gets delivered — plan, structure, cadence, work sequencing; partner with engineers on architecture.
• Provide technical advisory on offerings, implementations, and underlying Google Cloud services.
• Be the client-facing delivery partner — lead status reviews, manage expectations, navigate trade-offs.
• Drive fast delivery — stand up delivery, mobilize team, and deliver capabilities in weeks.
• Lead cross-border delivery with onshore/offshore teams; remove blockers to maintain momentum.
• Establish delivery governance and track progress to ensure measurable client value.
