Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own end-to-end delivery for Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience initiatives. You will shape the delivery, lead the engineering team, and ensure solutions transform how clients engage with their customers.

You will collaborate with onshore and offshore teams, drive fast value, and maintain high delivery quality across multi-client engagements in a dynamic, high-growth mid-market space.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on, client-facing technology roles with delivery ownership.
• 7+ years owning engagements from design to go-live.
• 5+ years on Google Cloud Platform with customer engagement and CX solutions.
• 3+ years with CCaaS platforms (Google CCAI, Genesys, NICE, or Amazon Connect).

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team, tech, and outcomes.
• Design delivery approach, define plan, structure team, and sequence work.
• Provide advisory on offerings, implementation, and underlying Google Cloud services.
• Be the trusted delivery partner; lead status reviews and manage client expectations.
• Mobilize teams and drive execution from day one; deliver quick value.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery leadership; unblock blockers.
• Establish governance and track progress to ensure client value.
