Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own delivery from solution shaping through go-live for Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience projects. You will design the delivery approach, lead the execution, and ensure outcomes that transform how clients engage with their customers.

You’ll be supported by engineers and will be the single accountable owner of the project. You will collaborate directly with clients, balance resource constraints, and maintain a fast-paced delivery cadence,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years client-facing technology roles.
• Minimum 7+ years owning client engagements from design to go-live.
• Minimum 5+ years architecting on Google Cloud Platform with CX experience.
• Minimum 3+ years with CCaaS platforms and CX architecture.
• Minimum 5+ years leading distributed global teams and delivery management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12 years work experience if no degree.
• Preferred Google Cloud certifications and hands-on GECX delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team, tech, quality, and outcome.
• Design the delivery approach, plan the structure, and define work cadence.
• Provide technical advisory across engagements and Google Cloud services.
• Be the trusted delivery partner, manage expectations and communications.
• Stand up delivery, mobilize teams, and drive rapid execution from day one.
• Lead across borders with onshore/offshore teams and coordinate priorities.
• Establish governance and track progress to ensure measurable client value.
