Accenture seeks a Technical Delivery Lead in the Accenture Google Business Group (AGBG) Mid-Market to own delivery from solution shaping through go-live for Gemini Enterprise customer experiences.

You will lead end-to-end delivery with a dedicated engineering team, collaborate with clients across geographies, and ensure outcomes that transform customer engagement while maintaining high quality and impact.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
• Experience owning client engagements from design through go-live.
• 5+ years Google Cloud Platform experience in customer engagement solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, team, tech, quality, outcome.
• Design the delivery approach; plan, structure, cadence, and sequencing.
• Provide technical advisory on offerings and Google Cloud services.
• Be the trusted delivery partner; lead status reviews and manage expectations.
• Stand up delivery and mobilize teams to ship fast.
• Coordinate onshore and offshore delivery leadership.
• Establish governance and track progress to deliver client value.
