Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Technical Delivery Lead to own delivery from solution shaping through go-live for mid-market clients. You will design the delivery approach, lead the execution with an engineering team, and be accountable for the final outcomes that transform how the client engages with Google Cloud.
You will work directly with clients, coordinate onshore and offshore teams, and drive delivery velocity while maintaining quality and client value.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years experience in hands-on, client-facing technology roles.
- Minimum 7+ years experience independently owning client engagements from design through go-live.
- Minimum 5+ years architecting and delivering on Google Cloud Platform.
- Minimum 3+ years experience with CCaaS platforms and CX architecture.
Responsibilities
- Own the delivery end-to-end from solution shaping to go-live.
- Design the delivery approach, plan, team, and cadence with engineers.
- Provide technical advisory across the engagement and client environment.
- Lead status reviews, manage expectations, and ensure measurable client value.
