Job summary

We are seeking a door-to-door canvasser in Portland, OR to introduce services to homeowners and identify potential needs. You will schedule appointments for the sales team, deliver confident pitches, and track leads, while participating in ongoing training to improve your skills.

The role requires a positive, outgoing personality, comfort with walking and outdoor work, and a self-motivated, reliable attitude with the ability to work Monday through Saturday.

Your Role

About You

• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication and scheduling
• Availability Monday through Saturday

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance bonuses with average monthly bonuses between $1,500 and $3,000
