HTU is hiring for a field sales role in Washington where you will knock on doors to introduce services and engage homeowners. You will build rapport, identify potential needs, and schedule appointments for the sales team; no closing is required.

You will deliver confident pitches about services and benefits, track daily activity and leads, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen skills as part of a fast-growing team.

Formación

• Outgoing, positive personality with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and performing door-to-door canvassing.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods outdoors.

Your Role

• Engage homeowners, build rapport, and identify potential needs
• Schedule appointments for the sales team; no closing required
• Deliver clear, confident pitches about services and benefits
• Track daily activity and leads generated
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to improve skills

About You

The company is looking for:

• Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and door-knocking
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication and scheduling
• Availability Monday through Saturday

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.50/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance bonuses; average monthly bonus $1,500 - $3,000
