Job summary

HTU is seeking a field sales representative to knock on doors in residential Kentucky neighborhoods, introduce services, build rapport with homeowners, and schedule appointments for the sales team. You will track leads and participate in ongoing training.

• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods while canvassing neighborhoods
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication and scheduling
• Availability Monday through Saturday

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance bonuses, with average monthly bonuses between $1,500 and $3,000
