Iaas Lc in Portland is seeking a motivated canvasser to introduce our services to residential neighborhoods. You will knock on doors, engage homeowners, schedule appointments for the sales team, and track leads while representing a dynamic, fast-growing company.

This role emphasizes in-person communication, outdoors work in varying weather, and a path for career growth through paid training and leadership development, with relocation opportunities nationwide.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong communication abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and door-knocking.
• Willing to walk and stand for extended periods outdoors.
• Availability Monday through Saturday.
• Sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Use of a personal cell phone for work-related communication.

Compensation & Benefits

• $20.00/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance bonuses with average monthly bonuses between $1,500 and $3,000
