Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that use our temporary staffing services. You will research prospective clients, conduct meetings, and deliver compelling presentations.

Much travel is involved, with collaboration across recruiting teams to place top talent for client needs. The role focuses on relationship development, problem solving, and negotiating favorable deals while representing Beacon Hill in the market.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, calls, and referrals.
• Proactive high volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings.
• Conduct client meetings, visit sites, and develop understanding of client needs.
• Partner with internal staff to fulfill client needs and manage the job order process.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the primary point of contact during the process.
