Job summary

Beacon Hill in Boston seeks an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that would benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will spend time researching prospects, making introductory calls, visiting work sites, and delivering sales presentations.

You'll collaborate with recruiting teams to match open positions, negotiate deals, and manage client relationships from initial contact through project completion.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients through internet research, cold calling, referrals, etc.
• Proactive high-volume cold calling to set introductory client meetings and build a robust pipeline.
• Conduct client meetings at work sites and deliver sales presentations.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client needs and manage the job order process.
• Maintain and grow client relationships as the primary point of contact during the job cycle.
