Beacon Hill Solutions Group is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses that can benefit from our temporary staffing services. You will conduct research, make introductory calls, visit client sites, and deliver presentations to win new business.

You will spend significant time on the road, meeting clients, visiting sites, and collaborating with recruiting teams to place best-fit candidates quickly and profitably for Beacon Hill.

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, referrals, and cold calls.
• Proactively conduct high-volume cold calling to set introductory meetings.
• Attend client meetings, visit work sites, deliver presentations, and assess client needs.
• Partner with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client job orders.
• Manage ongoing client relationships as primary point of contact during job orders.
