Job summary

AbbVie seeks a field-based sales professional to execute brand strategy, manage territory performance, and develop strong relationships with targeted accounts. You will place the patient at the center of efforts while adhering to AbbVie’s code of conduct and applicable laws.

Responsibilities include delivering sales performance, planning calls with SMART objectives, and leveraging market insights to optimize strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience in health, sciences, pharmacy or business field.
• 5+ years in pharma/health sales preferred with track record of meeting KPIs.
• Ability to adapt selling approach to customer style and behavior.
• Demonstrates strong scientific/therapeutic knowledge and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and achieve KPIs, targets and marketing objectives.
• Develop pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to continuously improve performance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs to maximize sales.
• Create call plans that optimize coverage and frequency to key customers.
• Share market intelligence with field and brand teams to align strategy.
