Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field, or equivalent experience
• At least five years in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry with 3+ years in pharma preferred
• Demonstrates deep product and competitive knowledge with strong business acumen
• Strong ability to adapt selling approaches to customer style
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, and financial targets to meet or exceed objectives.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and execute post-call evaluation to continuously improve sales performance.
• Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs, build trusted relationships and achieve win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan that achieves metrics and maximizes access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence on customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, and dynamics to align with teams.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with providers and maintain disease state experts to maximize brand performance.
