Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in pharma/health/science sales preferred
• Ability to lead with scientific, therapeutic and product knowledge
• Proven track record in meeting sales targets and building relationships
• Must meet HCIR credentialing requirements to access facilities

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet brand KPIs and targets
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance
• Build trusted customer relationships and address customer needs
• Develop and execute call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities
• Share market insights to align brand strategy with field execution
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and develop disease state experts
