Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales experience with 3+ years in pharma/healthcare preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to operate in a matrix environment.
• Proven sales success and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and brand KPIs to meet targets.
• Create pre-call plan with SMART objectives and post-call evaluation.
• Develop trusted customer relationships and solve needs.
• Plan calls to maximize access and frequency with key accounts.
• Share market insights with field and brand teams.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition to providers.
