You will recruit, train and coach staff, manage performance, and ensure accurate payroll and commissions while staying current on product offerings and market dynamics.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of outside sales experience, with willingness to travel and occasionally work evenings/weekends.

Qualifikationen
