Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a driven leader to supervise a residential sales team delivering Spectrum connectivity solutions to homes. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, set expectations, and drive performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

The role involves significant field work, travel between territories, and evening/weekend availability to support sales goals. Base pay plus commissions reflect the opportunity to reward performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff and ensure team development.
• Provide coaching, performance feedback and accountability for results.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum products, market trends and competitors.
