Spectrum is seeking a talented leader to supervise a field-based Residential Connectivity Sales team. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, drive sales targets, and ensure accurate payroll and commissions across territories.

This role requires travel between assigned territories and company facilities, and a commitment to customer-focused home connectivity solutions. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in business/marketing or equivalent experience, plus 2+ years outside sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readiness.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and departments to accomplish objectives and support business decisions.
