Job summary

Spectrum is seeking a dynamic leader to guide a residential connectivity sales team. You will inspire performance, drive results, and shape how customers connect to Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV and Voice services.

You will supervise daily operations, recruit and train staff, set clear expectations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Travel between territories and facilities is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development.
• Set expectations and provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives and support decisions.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.
