Job summary

Spectrum in the United States is seeking a dynamic leader for its Residential Connectivity Sales team. You will supervise daily operations, drive targets, and nurture a high-performing group focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, coaching performance, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring accurate payroll and commissions. Occasional travel and evening/weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of outside sales or related work experience.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of a residential sales team to achieve sales targets and grow customer base.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Residential Connectivity Sales staff, ensuring team development and readiness.
• Set clear expectations and hold team members accountable for results, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Assess training needs, identify knowledge gaps and implement development plans for the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to accomplish objectives and support business decisions.
• Oversee payroll approval and commission payments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain up-to-date understanding of Spectrum product offerings, market trends and competitor activity.
