Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least two years of successful business-development, healthcare sales, home-care sales, or related experience.
• Have an established network of professional referral relationships within the market.
• Proven ability to generate leads, develop partnerships, close new business, and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand long-term referral relationships with sources.
• Prospect potential clients and partners via market research, outreach, and events.
• Develop key referral sources across hospitals, rehab centers, and clinics.
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into clients.
• Research local healthcare trends and market conditions.
• Maintain an active pipeline and document activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to support growth.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
