Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to expand our home-care referral network across the United States. You will build partnerships with hospitals, physician offices, senior communities, and other healthcare partners, while driving qualified referrals and client admissions.

The role emphasizes field-based territory development, relationship-building with community leaders, and collaboration with operations, marketing, and leadership to achieve growth

Qualifications

• Requires established referral network within local market and ability to generate leads.
• Two years of successful business-development, healthcare sales, or related experience.
• Wamiliar with CRM systems, reporting, and performance tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term referral relationships with professional sources.
• Prospect, outreach, and develop community partnerships to drive referrals.
• Develop key referral sources across hospitals, clinics, and senior-care providers.
• Generate qualified leads and guide partners through referral process; close opportunities.
• Monitor market conditions and identify growth opportunities within the assigned territory.
