Job summary

Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a proactive Business Development Representative to expand our referral network and grow client admissions across assigned territories. Be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
Two+ years of business-development, healthcare sales, or senior-care marketing experience.
Established professional referral network within the local market.
Proven ability to generate leads, develop partnerships, close new business, and meet performance goals.

Responsibilities

Establish, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with referral sources.
Identify prospective clients and partners through market research, outreach, and events.
Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into new clients.
Present Helping Hearts services and coordinate through the referral process.
Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
