Helping Hearts USA LLC is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to expand our network of referrals and partnerships across the United States. The role focuses on generating leads, building strategic relationships, and closing opportunities to drive client admissions and service hours.

The BDR will manage a local or regional territory, collaborate with operations and marketing, and report to the Business Development leadership.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have at least two years of successful business-development, healthcare sales, or related experience.
• Must have an established network of professional referral relationships within the market.
• Be comfortable making in-person visits, presenting, and attending networking events.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain long-term referral relationships with professional sources.
• Prospect and outreach to identify clients and partners across markets.
• Develop key referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, and senior communities.
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into clients; guide partners through referral process.
• Monitor market conditions and identify growth opportunities within assigned territory.
• Maintain a complete CRM pipeline with calls, meetings, and outcomes.
