Helping Hearts USA LLC in Florence, KY is seeking a driven Business Development Representative to expand our network and drive referrals across local territories. This full-time, salaried role includes commission opportunities and requires building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and senior-care providers.

You will manage a local market, generate leads, conduct in-person meetings, and collaborate with operations and marketing to increase admissions and service hours.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of successful business-development or healthcare sales experience.
• Establish and leverage professional referral networks within the market.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish, nurture, and expand long-term relationships with professional referral sources.
• Create partnerships that produce consistent, repeat home-care referrals.
• Build trust and rapport with healthcare professionals, community leaders, prospective clients, and families.
• Maintain frequent contact with active referral partners to keep Helping Hearts visible and accessible.
• Identify prospective clients, referral sources, and business partners through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, in-person visits, networking events, community outreach, and professional referrals.
