Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care into homes, schools, and communities. You will develop individualized ABA plans, train RBTs, and coach families to support progress in daily life.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a team of clinicians and ongoing professional development within a BHCOE-accredited training site. Licensure in Virginia is required or in progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required or actively pursuing licensure in VA.
• Experience supervising ABA-based programs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field with clinical consistency.
• Partner with families through education and coaching to support daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and ensure quality care.
