Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care directly into homes, schools, and communities. You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to support progress across settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a dedicated team, ongoing professional development, and a pathway to leadership within a BHCOE-accredited program. Travel is expected as part of the job.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Licensed in Virginia (or actively pursuing licensure) at the time of hire.
• Experience supervising the implementation of ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community settings to conduct comprehensive skills and behavior assessments.
• Develop and continuously refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support your team of RBTs in the field.
• Partner with families through hands-on education and coaching to carry strategies into daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise the standard of care.
