Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to deliver ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and communities. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to embed skills in daily life.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification.
• Maryland licensure or current pursuit of licensure.
• Experience supervising ABA programs with RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver field-based ABA services in homes, schools, and communities.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs in the field.
• Educate and coach families to sustain progress.
• Collaborate with supervisors to improve outcomes.
