Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA in Maryland to bring high-quality ABA services directly into clients' homes, schools, and communities. You will assess, design, and monitor treatment plans while collaborating with a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical supervisors to ensure consistent care and strong outcomes.

You will educate families, guide caregivers, and participate in BHCOE-accredited training sites, with flexible scheduling and a competitive compensation structure

Qualifications

Master's or doctoral-level ABA degree required.
BCBA certification required.
Maryland licensure or active pursuit of licensure at hire.

Responsibilities

Deliver field-based ABA services in homes, schools, and communities.
Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
Supervise and support RBTs, ensuring clinical fidelity across sessions.
Educate and coach families to apply strategies in daily routines.
Collaborate with supervisors and QA to monitor outcomes and raise care standards.
