Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC seeks a field-based BCBA to bring clinical care directly into homes, schools, and communities. You will create and refine individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and coach families to support progress in daily life.

This BHCOE-accredited program emphasizes evidence-based practice, collaboration with a team of BCBAs, and growth through mentorship and a defined career ladder.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required and Maryland licensure is preferred or in process.
• Experience supervising ABA-based treatment programs by RBTs is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.
• Commitment to high-quality, outcomes-based care for children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide field-based ABA services in clients' homes, schools and community settings.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Train, supervise, and support RBTs to ensure clinical consistency.
• Coach and partner with families to implement strategies across daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise standards of care.

Education

Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

Licensed in Maryland (or actively pursuing licensure) at the time of hire
