Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA to bring high-quality ABA services directly into homes, schools, and community settings across Maryland. You will lead clinical work, collaborate with RBTs and supervisors, and mentor the next generation of behavior analysts within a BHCOE-accredited program.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, supervise field staff, and coach families to promote skills generalization in everyday life.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Licensed in Maryland (or actively pursuing licensure) at time of hire.
• Experience supervising RBTs in ABA programs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA services in clients' homes, schools, and community settings.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based interventions.
• Train and supervise RBTs to ensure clinical consistency across cases.
• Coach families to implement treatment strategies in daily activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors and QA to review outcomes and raise care standards.
