Job summary

Verbal Beginnings, LLC is seeking a field-based BCBA in Maryland to deliver ABA services directly in homes, schools, and community settings. You’ll bring evidence-based treatment to children where it matters most and partner with families to support progress.

In this role you’ll supervise RBTs, develop and refine individualized plans, train caregivers, and collaborate with clinical supervisors to raise the standard of care.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required.
• Maryland licensure or active pursuit of licensure.
• Experience supervising RBTs in ABA programs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to client homes, schools, and community settings to conduct assessments.
• Develop and refine individualized treatment plans.
• Train and supervise RBTs in the field.
• Coach families and caregivers to apply strategies in daily routines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to review outcomes and ensure quality care.
